This particular client managed several properties that housed dozens of tenants. The tenants living in these buildings were struggling to maintain the shared spaces offered within the buildings. The client came up with a brilliant idea to put together a poster with a list of suggestions for the tenants. A poster was needed in order to illustrate the proper way to maintain a clean environment within the walls of the tenant building. One major concern that the client had was that many of the residents did not speak English. Together, we came up with the idea to create an infographic with simple pictures that could be easily understood at a glance without having to read the instructions below.
